Cambridge news says that there are 456 homes lying empty for longer than 6 months in Cambridge. Interesting that Cambridge Council want to help landlords in an initiative to return the properties to a rentable state by providing interest free loans in exchange for a two year agreement to rent out the property through the council. The loan is repaid through the rental income. Clever and creative thinking!
